West Coast Players is proud to offer quality theatre at some of the lowest ticket prices in the area. We think it is important to keep the cost of admission as low as possible for our patrons. However, even larger theatres with much higher ticket prices typically raise less than half of their operating expenses via ticket sales. We also generate some revenue via advertising in our program books and are anticipating being able to rent out our stage in between our shows for a little more. However, we are dependent upon our generous sponsors for a good fraction of our expenses. Click to see a listing of donors.
Below is the list of giving levels offered by West Coast Players. All names will be listed in our program books and on our Web site at the following levels:
Everyman $25 - $99
Mentioned in program and Web site.
Stage Crew $100 - $249
Everything above plus West Coast Players T-shirt and concession voucher.
Stage Manager $250 - $499
Everything above plus 1 season ticket and a West Coast Players coffee mug.
Director $500 - $999
Everything above plus second season ticket and invitation to a production reception.
Patron $1000 - $4999
Everything above plus two additional tickets (4 total) and an invitation to an open rehearsal and ad space in program.
Benefactor $5000 - $9999
Everything above plus two additional tickets (6 total) and an invitation to a post-show walkthrough of set with director and cast member.
Angel $10,000+
Everything above plus four additional season tickets (10 total) and a mention on all publicity for the season.
