Something PlanetPresents Two Hilarious Comedians: Rahn Hortman and Matt Fernandez
(plus a few special guests) Saturday, May 26, 9:00 pm Doors open at 8, shows start at 9 Rahn Hortman: Since relocating from Milwaukee to Tampa, Florida, Rahn Hortman has become a crowd-favorite at comedy hotspots such as The Improv and Sidesplitters. He is the champion of the W-MOR TV Channel 32 Comedy Challenge, and finished first out of seven finalist in the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Jokers Wild Contest. His reputation for clean material has allowed him to perform for church functions, private engagements, and even corporate events. Matt Fernandez: Originally from Tampa Florida, Matt Fernandez's approach to comedy comes off as detached and nonchalant. Described as "brutally funny" by his peers, Matt has won multiple competitions with his dark whimsical style and performed with some of the biggest names in comedy. (April Macie, Sean Patton, Eddie Ifft, Neil Hamburger, etc.) He's been seen on funnyordie.com and is a regular at Side Splitters in Tampa. Add to that performances at The Improv, University of Tampa, as well as countless clubs and lounges throughout the southeast. Please come out and support not only independent comedy, but also a really wonderful non-profit local theatre. Tickets are $10 at the door Beer, wine, soft drinks and snacks will be available for a donation to the theatre.
